CozyBoots.com Return Policy
Upon arrival of a CozyBoots.com order, please inspect the order
and notify CozyBoots.com of any defects within 72 hours.
Defects. UGG products
carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from date of purchase. If you feel you have a defective
product, please call us and a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to you for the return. Once we have received
the product and it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect, we will either exchange your product or refund
your credit card. If no manufacturing defect is found, the product will be returned to the customer and the
credit card will be charged for return shipping.
Exchanges. For items exchanged for another size, color or style, the customer is responsible for
return shipping costs (from you to us). We will pay the first reshipping charges (from us to you). Shipping charges for additional exchanges (both ways) will be the customer's responsibility.
Returns. For items returned for refund (for any reason other than manufacturer's defect), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please do not use the "shelf box" (the innermost shoe box) alone to ship your items back. Please pack the shelf box in a separate shipping box. Any returns received in the shelf box will be charged a $5.00 re-boxing fee.

reserves the right to inspect returned items to determine if the product has
been worn, used or altered. If returned footwear is not in resellable condition, a
shipping fee will be charged to customer credit card and footwear
will be returned to customer. Purchaser pays shipping charges to return
products to CozyBoots.com and a shipping charge will
be added to all exchanges. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on file immediately upon arrival of returned item.
